Zig welcomes Provadie: the next step towards a comprehensive property portfolio

Utrecht, 30 June 2026 – With the acquisition of Provadie, Zig is adding property valuation and estate agency software to its portfolio. This is a logical step for a company that is serving an ever-wider part of the property chain – and now also handles the valuation of residential properties.

A single thread through the property chain

A year ago, Zig welcomed Xitres, a specialist in CRM software for the commercial lettings and sales market. Prior to that, Zig entered the renovation market with Doozer (DE). The direction is consistent: Zig is building a portfolio that covers the entire life cycle of a property – from management and maintenance to lettings, sales and now also valuation.

Provadie further completes that chain. More than 1,650 valuers and estate agents use it every day. The software manages the entire valuation workflow: on-site surveys, reporting, compliance checks and adherence to national and international standards. Provadie covers more than half of the Dutch valuation market and has established itself as the software that valuers actually use – even offline, even for complex properties, and even under time pressure.

Accelerating AI, together

Provadie is already working on AI applications within the software. The partnership with Zig is accelerating this process. Zig brings technical scale, domain expertise in the housing market and a proven ability to scale software. Provadie brings structured valuation data, an active user base and specific knowledge of a market that increasingly demands speed, quality and demonstrable compliance.

This combination makes it possible to deploy AI effectively – not as an experiment, but as a direct improvement to the day-to-day work of valuers and estate agents.

For existing Zig clients

For housing associations and property managers already working with Zig, this opens up new opportunities. Portfolio valuations, value assessments for investment decisions, and justification for sustainability measures – these are issues that are becoming increasingly significant. With Provadie in its portfolio, Zig will soon be able to address these as well.

Andrew de la Haije, CEO of Zig: “With Xitres, we further expanded our presence in the commercial market. With Provadie, we are now adding valuation and estate agency services to that – a segment that is closely intertwined with everything our clients do, but which we had not yet served ourselves. That is now changing.”

Laurens Hoebert, co-founder of Provadie: “We were built to improve the day-to-day work of valuers. Zig offers us the scale and the technical foundation to do that much faster and to truly integrate AI into our software.”
