Daarom zien we in 2025 een duidelijke trend ontstaan: niet AI \u00f3f mens, maar een slimme combinatie van beide.<\/p>\n<h2>De ideale mix: AI als ondersteuning, de mens als beslisser<\/h2>\n<p>De toekomst van klantcontact ligt in een hybride aanpak waarin AI en menselijke expertise elkaar versterken. In plaats van medewerkers volledig te vervangen, ondersteunt AI hen bij routinetaken en voorspelbare interacties. Veelgestelde vragen worden direct beantwoord, terwijl complexere of gevoeligere kwesties bij een medewerker terechtkomen.
