De aanleiding hiervoor is de toenemende digitalisering en de wens om aan te sluiten bij de behoeften van hun huurders. Weller maakt gebruik van Conversational Chat als onderdeel van hun digitale strategie, waarbij de wensen van de huurders en laagdrempelige communicatie centraal staan. Conversational Chat zorgt voor een meer persoonlijke interactie, en medewerkers zijn enthousiast over deze benadering.<\/p>\n<p>De visie van Weller is dat huurders zich \"gezien, gehoord en begrepen\" moeten voelen. Ze streven naar een balans tussen fysiek, telefonisch en digitaal contact, waarbij huurders zelf kunnen kiezen hoe ze contact willen hebben. Conversational Chat wordt gezien als een waardevolle aanvulling, omdat het een persoonlijk gevoel geeft aan digitale interactie.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Krista: 'We sturen niet aan op effici\u00ebntie maar om de klant van dienst te zijn, het gaat erom dat de klant zelf mag kiezen, hoe hij\/zij contact wil hebben.'<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">Weller benadrukt de helpende rol van Zig in het gebruik van <\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">C<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">onversational <\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">C<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">hat en klantcontact in het algemeen. <\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">Volgens Weller is het voordeel van Conversational Chat de intelligentie achter de chat-oplossing en het feit dat Conversational Chat leert van eerdere gesprekken, wat leidt tot tijdswinst. <\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">Echter, het belangrijkste blijft dat de huurders <\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">de keuze <\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">hebben<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\"> om via hun favoriete kanaal te communiceren.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">De reacties op <\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">C<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">onversational <\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">C<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">hat zijn positief, zowel van huurders als medewerkers. De medewerkers van Weller hebben positieve ervaringen met <\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">C<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">onversational <\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">C<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">hat<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">. <\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">Ze beschouwen het als een verrijking <\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">van<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\"> hun taken en ervaren dat ze op deze manier mensen effectief kunnen helpen. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">Weller ziet digitalisering als een voortdurende trend en wil blijven inspelen op ontwikkelingen in klantcontact. Ze benadrukken dat de basis van hun digitale strategie eerst goed moet zijn voordat ze verder kunnen uitbreiden.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">Weller heeft veel ondersteuning gekregen van collegacorporatie Wonen Zuid en benadrukt het belang van training en begeleiding van <\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">de <\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">medewerkers door Zig. Ze zijn van plan om te blijven monitoren hoe <\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">het <\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">klantcontact zich ontwikkelt en zich aan te passen aan veranderende behoeften van hun huurders en trends in de toekomst. Bovendien zouden ze <\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">C<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">onversational <\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">C<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">hat zeker aan andere woningcorporaties aanbevelen.
