De doelstelling voor 2030 bedraagt het isoleren van 2,5 miljoen woningen, waarbij de nadruk wordt gelegd op het uitfaseren van de slechte labels E, F en G. Nederland telt op dit moment circa 4,4 miljoen koopwoningen en circa 3,4 miljoen huurwoningen. Het merendeel hiervan betreft corporatie-huurwoningen, namelijk bijna 68%. Op deze sociale huurwoningen zoomen we verder in.<\/p>\n<p data-renderer-start-pos=\"647\">Past het gestelde doel bij de ingezette koers in de afgelopen jaren? Om deze vraag te beantwoorden, is data verzameld onder meer dan 320.000 verhuurde woningen in de sociale sector in de periode 2015-2021.<\/p>\n<h3 data-renderer-start-pos=\"647\">Zijn woningcorporaties op de goede weg?<\/h3>\n<p data-renderer-start-pos=\"647\">Je ziet dat groen steeds meer de overhand krijgt, de corporaties in Nederland zijn op de goede weg. Waar er in 2015 nog 20% van de woningen werd verhuurd met een \u2018slecht label\u2019, is dit percentage in 2021 al meer dan gehalveerd. line-height: 1.3;\"><strong data-renderer-mark=\"true\">Nieuwbouw<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p data-renderer-start-pos=\"1194\">Nieuwbouwwoningen zullen in de regel een beter energielabel hebben dan gemiddeld. In deze dataset is minder dan 3,5% van de verhuringen aangemerkt als nieuwbouw. Zonder de nieuwbouwwoningen gaat de groene kleur iets naar rechts, maar dit is per label met slechts enkele tienden procentpunten. Dit verschilt niet significant tussen de jaren. De ontwikkeling blijft hetzelfde patroon tonen.<\/p>\n<h3 data-renderer-start-pos=\"1593\" data-fontsize=\"26\" data-lineheight=\"33.8px\" class=\"fusion-responsive-typography-calculated\" style=\"--fontSize:26; line-height: 1.3;\"><strong data-renderer-mark=\"true\">Verduurzaming bestaande woningen<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p data-renderer-start-pos=\"1593\">Verschillende woningen worden door de jaren heen meerdere keren verhuurd. Kunnen we hier ook een verschuiving zien van het energielabel? In meer dan 95% van de verhuringen is het energielabel minimaal hetzelfde gebleven, terwijl ongeveer 10% een beter energielabel had dan bij de eerste verhuring. In de overige 5% zien we een achteruitgang van het energielabel met in de meeste gevallen een verschuiving naar 1\/2 energielabels lager.<\/p>\n<p data-renderer-start-pos=\"2062\">Al met al lijkt de uitfasering van de slechte energielabels de goede kant op te gaan, zowel voor nieuwbouw als voor bestaande bouw.
