samenwerking tussen Zig en BotBoys is in een stroomversnelling gekomen. Per 1 november 2019 neemt Zig de activiteiten en medewerkers van start-up BotBoys over.<\/em><\/p>\n<div class=\"wistia_responsive_padding\">\n<div class=\"wistia_responsive_wrapper\">\n<p><strong>Klantcontact van de toekomst<\/strong><br \/>\nBotBoys ontwikkelde sinds 2016 een oplossing waarmee digitaal klantcontact slimmer en persoonlijker wordt: Conversational Chat. Een door Zig recent uitgevoerde pilot met deze slimme software bij vastgoedbeheerders overtrof alle verwachtingen. Een woningcorporatie zag haar klantwaardering stijgen naar maar liefst een 9,4. Het waardevolle klantinzicht, de snelle reactie- en afhandelingstijd en de positieve respons zijn aanleiding om Conversational Chat te omarmen en hiermee verder te gaan.<\/p>\n<p>Zig haalt per 1 november 2019 ook een team van specialisten in huis.
