er verschillende veranderingen plaatsgevonden binnen de woningcorporatie-branche. Vooral de verdeling in woningmarktregio\u2019s enkele jaren geleden, zorgde voor heel wat beweging in de markt. Deze verdeling in regio\u2019s was voor veel woningcorporaties een aanleiding om aan te sluiten bij een bestaand regionaal woonruimteverdeelsysteem of om krachten te bundelen met buurcorporaties en gezamenlijk een nieuw systeem op te zetten. Ondanks deze centralisatie-trend, besloten sommige woningcorporaties bewust om hun woonruimteverdeling zelfstandig te blijven doen.<\/div>\n<h4>Woontij doet zelfstandig de woonruimteverdeling<\/h4>\n<p>E\u00e9n van deze corporaties is bijvoorbeeld <strong>Woontij<\/strong> op Texel. Zij kiezen er vooralsnog voor om zelfstandig te blijven. Nick Ran, woonconsulent bij Woontij, vertelt waarom zij deze keuze hebben gemaakt. Door bijvoorbeeld huisvestingsverordening en de bijzondere doelgroepen waar Woontij mee te maken heeft, zijn er veel specifieke uitzonderingen en regels waar rekening mee gehouden moet worden. Om deze reden kiest Woontij ervoor om alles in eigen beheer en daarmee zo overzichtelijk mogelijk te houden. Er wordt overigens niet uitgesloten dat in de toekomst wel nauwer samengewerkt gaat worden met buurcorporaties, maar voorlopig werkt de huidige manier van woonruimteverdelen erg prettig.<\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p>Wij kiezen ervoor om specifieke informatie en uitleg op onze eigen woonruimteverdeel-website te ontsluiten. &#8211; Nick Ran, Woontij<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<h4>Corporaties hebben de vrijheid om zelf te kiezen<\/h4>\n<p>Ondanks complexiteit in bijvoorbeeld doelgroepen en specifieke processen is het &#8211; als een corporatie deze wens w\u00e9l heeft &#8211; toch mogelijk om te gaan voor een gezamenlijk systeem. Elke corporatie bepaalt zijn eigen inrichting en regels. Zowel &#8216;gezamenlijke&#8217; als &#8216;zelfstandige&#8217; woonruimteverdeling bestaan broederlijk naast elkaar.
