Maar wat deze editie echt bijzonder maakt, is niet alleen de certificering zelf. Het is wat er daarna gebeurt.<\/p>\n<p>De Great Place To Work-certificering is gebaseerd op de Trust Index\u2122, een anoniem medewerkersonderzoek waarbij medewerkers eerlijk aangeven hoe zij hun werkplek ervaren. Een score van minimaal 70% is vereist om in aanmerking te komen. Zig haalde die lat opnieuw, en deed dat dit jaar met een opvallend hoge opkomst onder medewerkers.<\/p>\n<p>Voor Gerbert Kooij, CCO van Zig, is de uitkomst een bevestiging van iets wat al langer voelbaar was. &#8220;We merken in ons dagelijks werk dat mensen betrokken zijn, voor elkaar klaarstaan en trots zijn op wat ze doen. Deze certificering maakt dat zichtbaar naar buiten. Maar het allerbelangrijkste is wat we er intern mee doen.&#8221;<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><div class=\"fusion-layout-column fusion_builder_column fusion-builder-column-2 fusion_builder_column_1_2 veel organisaties een certificering primair als communicatiemiddel inzetten, kiest Zig bewust voor een andere aanpak. De uitkomsten van het onderzoek zijn het startpunt voor concrete verbeteringen, niet het eindpunt van een traject.<\/p>\n<p>Daarvoor is dit jaar een nieuwe structuur opgezet: de Zig Ambassadors. Een groep van negen medewerkers uit verschillende teams, afdelingen en landen, waaronder Nederland en Roemeni\u00eb, die de schakel vormen tussen collega&#8217;s en de organisatie. Die groei brengt kansen, maar ook de uitdaging om iedereen verbonden te houden met dezelfde cultuur en dezelfde waarden. De Ambassadors spelen daarin een actieve rol, juist omdat ze uit de organisatie zelf komen en de dagelijkse werkelijkheid van hun collega&#8217;s kennen.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Een fijne werkplek bouw je samen,&#8221; zegt Danny Eersteling, Zig Ambassador. &#8220;Verschillende mensen, met verschillende achtergronden, maar hetzelfde gevoel van saamhorigheid binnen Zig, ook over de grenzen heen.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>De Great Place To Work-certificering is \u00e9\u00e9n jaar geldig.
