Condities, vervangingsjaren, inspectiegegevens &#8211; vaak staan ze verspreid over meerdere systemen of worden ze niet consequent bijgewerkt. Dat maakt het lastig om echt te sturen op onderhoud en investeringen.<\/p>\n<p>Maar vastgoeddata op orde is geen einddoel. Het is een noodzakelijke basis. De \u00e9chte waarde ontstaat pas als je data inzet om processen slimmer, effici\u00ebnter en klantvriendelijker te maken.<\/p>\n<h2>De uitdaging: van data naar proces<\/h2>\n<p>Neem het voorbeeld van CV-ketels. Bij veel corporaties worden die in bulk uitbesteed aan een onderhoudspartner. Jaarlijks onderhoud, vervangen op het juiste moment. Op papier is het allemaal prima geregeld.
